Hello, I'm Jeremy, and I love to MOVE. Whether it is (but not limited to) running, rowing, jumping, lifting, climbing or dancing, you can count me in! I train myself and teach others not only move, but to move with quality, efficiency and with a goal in mind. Do you know 'that feeling', when your heart is pumping, muscles are burning, sweat is dripping down every inch of your body? Yes! You feel unstoppable, after achieving the unthinkable! It's 'that feeling', that I burn for! My entire life, I have been active. I played competitive sports, practiced martial arts, and had my share of triumph, injury and defeat. I left my corporate career to follow my passion for fitness to train and learn from some of the best movement teachers and strength & conditioning specialists from around the world. It was a tremendously risky move, but the benefits and the lives changed have been worthwhile. My goal is to share this knowledge to help others experience 'that feeling' (above) and live healthier and happier lives. I am excited to be a part of the Orangetheory Team. The workout variety, performance challenges and team atmosphere are what constantly attracts me. In less than a year, we have built a strong fitness community that is truly supportive, inspiring and fun! I look forward to continuing this journey with you. Get results you can see and feel! During our heart-rate based HIIT workout, Jeremy will guide you through our 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is an elevated heart rate in “The Orange Zone” to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories.

Join us for a 40 minute class that combines aspects of our Pure Barre classic class to fatigue and lengthen your muscles, with our cardio empower class to get your heart rate up and increase your stamina.

Elizabeth has been doing Pure Barre for 7 years and teaching for 5. She loves the fast paced nature of the class, the upbeat music and most importantly helping you get the most out of every class through instructional cues and hands-on corrections. Join us for a 40 minute class that combines aspects of our Pure Barre classic class to fatigue and lengthen your muscles, with our cardio empower class to get your heart rate up and increase your stamina. It is recommended participants bring a yoga mat or towel. We recommend socks or bare feet for class.

Using bodyweight only we’ll move through strength and cardio exercises to max out your heart rate leaving you feeling accomplished and drenched in sweat! Trista Greco is a Nike trainer, personal trainer and group fitness instructor with more than a decade of experience in the Chicago fitness industry. A former dancer, avid runner and strength super fan you’ll leave her classes feeling challenged but successful!

Three words to describe my teaching style would be detailed, intense, and motivational. My classes are fun and high-energy so you can expect a non-stop, high-energy party that will leave you sweaty, confident, and ready for the next challenge that’s thrown your way. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, Abs and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is throwback pop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my kid, my guilty pleasure is bottomless bowls of cereal and online shopping. My friends would say I’m funny, supportive, and a caretaker whose attention to detail is borderline obnoxious.

Cailyn is a barre-based fitness professional originally from St. Paul, MN. She began teaching at Pure Barre Twin Cities in 2020 before moving to Chicago in early 2022 and joining the Pure Barre Old Town team. She graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in theater and has previously figure skated with Disney On Ice. She loves teaching group classes because it combines two of her biggest passions - performing and fitness.
